Gulshan-e-Maymar
Gulshan-e-Maymar, developed by A.B. Group under Chairman Mr. Syed Abid Hasan and CEO Mr. Syed Mohsin Hasan, is a landmark residential project in Karachi spanning 1,100 acres near the Super Highway. The township features sectors with plots from 80 to 600 yards, wide roads, parks, mosques, schools, and healthcare facilities, accommodating around 50,000 residents with fully functional amenities.

Naval Anchorage
Gwadar
Naval Anchorage Gwadar is the first housing scheme in Gwadar backed by the armed forces, which adds significant credibility and strict compliance to the project. Spanning 1,950 acres in Ankara Shumali, it is strategically located near Zero Point, just 20 km from Gwadar Port, 7 km from the airport, and 5 km from Marine Drive, with 1 km frontage on both the Coastal Highway and Rakhshan Avenue. Developed as a joint venture with A.B. Group Gwadar, the project benefits from their extensive experience in Gwadar development, combining merit-based procedures, careful monitoring, and strong investor confidence. Minerals' Mining
Onyx, Marble & Granite
We take huge interest in the minerals of Pakistan; especially Marble, Onyx and Granite. Baluchistan is the hub where the minerals are extracted for construction purposes and others. A.B. group has been working in Baluchistan & contributing a considerable share of mining and supplying to diverse clients from Baluchistan. We carry a substantial stake in mining of marble, onyx and granite in Baluchistan.
ubsidiary investment arm CCCC Industrial Investment Holding Company Limited (CIHC) has been transferred the task of executing the 300MW coal power project in Gwadar. AB Group is working with M/S China Construction Group in collaboration of achieving the project outcome through our vast experience in construction related work.
