Future Projects
Risesince Steel (PVT) Ltd
Risesince Steel (Pvt) Ltd is going to be Pakistans’s biggest and only SEZ established Steel mill. It is a collaboration project with our Chinese partners named intends to build a 2 million tons annual metal products factory in Thatta, Pakistan. The project would be set up on land measuring 64 acres near Gharo- Highway, Mirpursakro, Thatta, Sindh. Commercial production of the project is expected to commence operations within one year.
Abresh
Located in the cosmopolitan city of Karachi, Abresh is an upcoming project in one of the most developing areas in the city, Scheme 33. Abresh would be standing tall over 20 floors, comprising of over 100 appartments of different sizes ranging from 2 beds, 3 beds and pent houses. Abresh is under construction and being developed by one of Pakistan’s finest architectural firm Habib Fida Ali. The project has a launch date scheduled in the early 2027.
Mining projects
AB group is leading Pakistan’s mineral exploration and minning projects in different districts. Furthermore ABGroup intends to increase its minning projects related to Chromium and Copper in Balochistan and KPK district. Furthermore the proceesing plant of these minerals for their upgradation is also being established in Gharo to make these minerals refined and export quality.
