Chairman Mr. Syed Abid Hasan & CEО, Mr. Syed Mohsin Hasan formed AB group of companies in 2004. A.B. group has been into property, construction, logistics and consultancy businesses, for the last 15 years. More than a decade of experience in construction projects, A.B. group carries a good repute in the market and are well connected and well known developers and service providers in their business circle. Their previous successful project includes, Gulshan-e-Maymar located in Karachi near Super Highway. It was a huge project that was started off and completed successfully, and currently there are about 50,000 people residing there out of 100,000 overall capacity, having all the necessary facilities functional within the project parameters. A.B. Group has been substantial in offering land services, developing and building projects in Gwadar for quite a long period of time.
